runkeeper logo1 Training for a Half MarathonSo Ive started training for a half marathon – the longest distance I would have run in my life – which is in Townsville in August.  I found this great phone app which tracks where Ive run and records time, pace, speed and location.

Its the catch we imagine taking on the boundary – it went over the rope, he bounced it back and caught it in play without stepping outside the boundary.
