Simon O. Sinek (born October 9, 1973) is an author, marketing consultant and motivational speaker best known for developing “The Golden Circle” and popularizing a concept of human motivation.

I like the comment near the end separating leaders from those who lead – there are people in positions of leadership, but there are those who lead and inspire others.
